Porsche 906 CART on Belle Isle. Bobby Rahal A rather interesting shot from CART on Belle Isle. I call this one '3 Champs'. Front to back are Jacques Villeneuve, Emerson Fittipaldi and Mario Andretti. All three have won the Indy 500, the CART Championship AND the F1 World Driver's Championship. It was quite a stroke of luck to capture them all in the same frame.

The Subaru is a test drive courtesy of Ted Andkilde who had use of the WRX from someplace in Toronto. He needed someone to drive while he took pictures (it was a tough job, but someone had to do it). My first real autocross racing experience. 1983 1/2 Shelby Charger at a Detroit Region Solo II event at LTU in 1991. The car we built in 1991 for the Formula SAE Student Design Competition. We (Lawrence Technological University) took 8th place overall against other University teams from across North America.
